Exchange / Refund Policy (30 days from date of purchase)

1) Must be new, with hang-tags still attached

2) Must include copy of receipt in bag, with a note saying "Exchange for..." or "Refund".

3) Please mail back to: Momentum PO Box 188 Ellsworth, MI 49729

4) If exchanging, please provide a self addresses envelope ( prepaid by you), so we may ship you the exchange. We will refund any items that do not include a pre-paid shipping label.
